Your sauna comes with built-in entertainment so you can catch your favorite TV Shows or listen to your preferred music on Pandora. Want to unplug completely and enjoy the suite’s light therapy? The choice is yours!
We provide towels for your light session. If you feel more comfortable wearing clothes during your session, choose loose, breathable clothing. You may also want to bring a swimsuit if you are sweating with a friend. Less is more while allowing your skin to breathe and sweat it out. Please remove any body oils/lotions before your session.
